CALL Link, developed in co-operation with Nortel, integrates the Norstar
phone system and the Personal Computer improving your ability to provide
good customer service.
 The
requirements for CALL Link are:
- Incoming CallerID on your telephone
- One hardware adapter for the entire network
- Netbios compatible network such as Novell netware,
Win95/98/NT 4.0
- Requires a communication server (recommended separate PC with one expansion
slot for the adapter)
- Compatible with Norstar DR5 software and better including the new Modular
ICS and Compact ICS systems
